About Monarch's President and Coach Betsy Saumur

I worked with Betsy while I was transitioning out of a long-term difficult relationship. This was the worst time of my life, some days not even knowing how to function. Betsy took the time to listen to me; gave me the most logical advice combined with the empathy I was missing in conversations with family and friends. She is a great listener who radiates compassion and logic. On my darkest days after working with Betsy; I had clarity and hope that I would come out of this stronger. Betsy is very committed to Employee engagement, and improving culture to further engage employees! Betsy is very relational, appropriately setting boundaries to remain functional in her roles. While we worked together Betsy attained Predictive Index Certification, and worked diligently on implementing this fantastic tool! She is also certified with Strengths based Leadership, and is skillful in working within both of these programs to understand the best suited techniques to improve understanding and communicating with individual employees. It's not often that we have leaders who can both manage at a professional level, but also be an exceptional mentor and coach. I worked under Betsy's leadership for several years as an account manager for a technology services firm. She oversaw various accounts at a national level and mentored myself and many of my peers as we maintained local account relationships. Betsy also managed the executive relationships with our strategic partners. As my first job out of college, she played a key role in developing me as a business woman. She was always available to guide and support both professionally and personally. Betsy was fantastic at truly understanding and listening to her team and what we needed to be successful. Her interpersonal skills and her genuine way of caring fostered a successful relationship between the two of us. She had a presence that would light up any room, and I truly enjoyed receiving her guidance.
